Delete Monitor

Deleting an SSL & domain monitor stops its checks and alerts and removes it from your dashboard and any status pages it appears on.

Delete a monitor

1. From Monitors, open the SSL & domain monitor you want to remove.
2. Open its Settings, then choose Delete.
3. Confirm — deletion is permanent.

What happens

• The monitor stops checking immediately and no longer sends expiry warnings.
• It’s removed from any status page components that referenced it.
• Its history and incidents are removed with it.

Heads up: deleting an SSL monitor means you’ll no longer be warned before that certificate or domain expires. Only delete it if the domain is being retired — otherwise keep it, since expiry warnings are the whole point.

Consider pausing instead

Deletion can’t be undone. To stop checks temporarily without losing coverage long-term, pause the monitor instead — it keeps its full history and can be resumed with one click. See Edit Monitor.
